Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns:

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be in original, unused condition with all accessories and packaging intact.

Opened or broken parcels will not be accepted without proper proof.

Change of mind is not applicable once the item has been returned.

2. Refunds:

Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method.

Refund processing may take 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges for returns must be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products.

3. Defective or Damaged Items:

For defective or damaged products, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Official warranty claims should be sent directly to the brand/company; we do not handle warranty returns. This ensures there is no delay or risk of loss.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

Some products cannot be returned, including custom orders, used items, or hygiene-sensitive items.
