Returns

• Opened or broken parcels will not be accepted without proper proof.
• Change of mind is not applicable once the item has been returned.

Refunds

• Shipping charges for returns must be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products.

Defective or damaged items

• For defective or damaged products, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Official warranty claims should be sent directly to the brand or company. We do not handle warranty returns. This avoids delay and the risk of loss.

Non-returnable items

Shipping

Delivery is free when the goods total Rs 3,000 or more. Smaller orders add a flat Rs 250. Payment is cash when the parcel arrives.
